Audio recordings and CAD data printouts may be restricted due to an active investigation or trial by the District Attorney or the Sheriff. In such cases, the materials can not be released until authorized by the D.A. or Sheriff.
Per state & county regulations, a processing fee may be charged for public records.
Audio recordings: $50.00 minimum plus $50.00 per hour if additional research and compiling time is required (generally, most recordings are compiled in less than 1 hour).
CAD Printouts: $7.00 per CAD record.

C-COM staff member will contact you in 5 to 7 business days to make
arrangements for payment and delivery of the record. C-COM
accepts personal/business checks and cash. We do not accept
credit cards.
